Darüber habe ich mich so gefreut/ I was realy happy about that

Als ich gestern meine Briefkasten öffnete, fand ich ein Päckchen darin und war total überrascht. Es war ein Buch mit einer lieben Karte darin.

Die Vorgeschichte ist die:

Ich habe ein Lieblingsbuch, dass ich immer wieder lese, wenn es mir nicht so gut geht und das mich immer wieder fröhlich stimmt. "Liebe, Tod und viele Kalorien" von Christine Vogeley.

Diese habe ich ihr das dann mal in Ihr Gästebuch geschrieben. Nach einigen E-Mails zwischen Frau Vogeley und mir, bekam ich dann von Ihr dieses Buch geschenkt. Ich finde das so lieb und habe mich so doll gefreut darüber, dass ich diese Erlebniss mit Euch teilen möchte.

Yesterday, when I opened my mailbox, I found a package in it and was totally surprised. It was a book with a lovely card in it.

The background is this:

I have a favorite book that I read repeatedly when I'm not doing so well and which makes me always looking happy . "Love, death and many calories, " by Christine Vogeley.

I wrote that one day inot her  guestbook. After some e-mails between Ms Vogeley and me, I got this book from her as a gift. I think that's so sweet and I was very happy about it, so that I want to share these experiences with you.

Monday Mosaic Thank you Jan

Ich habe mich so über Jans Herz gefreut, dass ich ein mein Mosaik damit machen mußte. Nun hat es endlich auch seinen Platz bei mir gefunden. Ich hoffe, dass es so, so lange bewundert werden kann, wie die Stickerei darüber.

I was so happy about Jan's heart, that I had to make up my mosaic with it. Now it has finally found his place in my appartment. I hope that this way it can be admired, as long as the embroidery hanging above it.

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Mary bedanken, dass sie sich die Mühe des Monday Mosaics macht und uns daran teilhaben läßt.
